LOT Polish Airlines, the flag carrier of Poland and one of the longest existing airlines in the world, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland and with its hub at Warsaw Chopin Airport, has appointed APG as its online General Sales Agent (GSA) in Saudi Arabia. Under the agreement APG will be enhancing LOT Polish Airlines’ presence in Saudi Arabia by providing the airline with comprehensive sales development, agent and passenger helpdesk as well as wide-ranging marketing activities.

The 4th of June 2024 witnessed the inaugural flight of LOT Polish Airlines to the capital city of Saudi Arabia. Riyadh has become the second city on the Arabian Peninsula in the national carrier’s flight network, after Dubai.The debut flight to Saudi Arabia marks yet another – following Tashkent, Athens and Oradea – new destination in 2024.

Direct flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines connecting Poland and Saudi Arabia will be run three times a week. From Warsaw Chopin Airport, they will be flying on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 3.20 p.m. The Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft operated by LOT Polish Airlines will embark on their return journey on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1:25 a.m. local time. The flight to Riyadh will take 5 hours and 45 minutes while the return trip 5 hours and 30 minutes.

As a result of the Riyadh-Warsaw connection, not only can passengers from the Arabian Peninsula enjoy easy access to Poland, but they also have the opportunity to discover the abundance of other appealing destinations available in the Polish carrier’s flight network. LOT operates a wide range of direct flights to major Western European destinations such as Paris, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. For those planning transatlantic travel, LOT Polish Airlines also provides direct flights to Canada and the United States, including Toronto, New York, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles.

Amelia, a French regional carrier has appointed APG as its online General Sales Agent (GSA) in Belgium and offline GSA in Luxembourg. Under the agreement APG will be providing the airline with sales development and wide-ranging marketing activities in these two markets, as well as reservation and ticketing services.

Since its beginnings in 2019 as part of the Regourd Aviation Group, Amelia went from strength to strength, obtaining IOSA certification in 2021 and joining IATA in November 2022.

Amelia’s strong regional territorial footprint extends through operations from Paris, Nice, Rodez, Brive, Strasbourg, Ajaccio, Amsterdam and Brussels.

Route Brussels to Brive is currently scheduled to be operated with two weekly flights throughout summer peak from 1 July 2024 to 29 August 2024.
