ARC manages and operates the ASP for the USA (analogous to IATA’s BSP). APG Network has developed a variable cost program enabling airlines access to the 14,000 ARC accredited agents. ARC processes 190 million air tickets annually, valued at just over $86 billion – 49% of which are international tickets. APG oversees all ARC services on behalf of the airline.

Emilie Biggerstaff, based in Paris, is the Director of APG Distribution Systems (APG DS). She is a graduate of the American University in Paris, where she studied Business and Finance.
Emilie joined APG DS in 2005 and became the Director of the company in 2010. She also serves as the Executive Product Director for APG Network’s distribution solutions, including APG Direct Connect and the APG Settlement Services for BSP and ARC. In 2016, she additionally took on the role of Director and Acting CFO of APG Airlines.
