ARC manages and operates the ASP for the USA (analogous to IATA’s BSP). APG Network has developed a variable cost program enabling airlines access to the 14,000 ARC accredited agents. ARC processes 190 million air tickets annually, valued at just over $86 billion – 49% of which are international tickets. APG oversees all ARC services on behalf of the airline.

She is a graduate of the American University in Paris where she studied Business and Finance.Employed by APG DS since 2005, she became the Director of the company in 2010.
